OCIRP, a non-profit union of provident institutions dedicated to supporting individuals facing loss of autonomy due to widowhood, disability, or dependency, is continuously innovating to simplify the lives of those in need. As part of this mission, OCIRP embarked on the development of the “Aglaee metaservices” solution, an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to help users input their life situations and receive guidance and support to access public aids they are entitled to.

The Challenge: Developing a Secure Platform for Handling Highly Confidential Health Data

The "Aglaee metaservices" platform was envisioned as a tool to assist users in navigating the complex landscape of public assistance programs. Given the sensitive nature of the data involved—dealing with health and personal life situations—the platform required state-of-the-art security measures to protect user information while providing a seamless, user-friendly experience.

Nicolas Chotkan, IT Project Director at OCIRP, sought ReNest's expertise to ensure that the platform could be developed, tested, audited, and deployed in a secure, efficient manner.

The ReNest Solution

ReNest's engineering platform played a pivotal role in the development and deployment of "Aglaee metaservices." By orchestrating a comprehensive suite of services, ReNest enabled OCIRP to build a secure, scalable SaaS solution tailored to the needs of its users. The platform integrated advanced tools, from app builders like Supabase and Plasmic to authentication solutions like Keycloak, custom code and AI-driven components such as Luminess. The automatic reading and extraction of data from a wide variety of documents (proof of address, proof of income, license, registration card, mutual insurance card, etc.) was key to free time for the helpers.

This seamless orchestration ensured that "Aglaee metaservices" was not only developed with the highest security standards but also delivered a robust and intuitive user experience. The development process was completed swiftly, with the platform being fully developed, tested, audited, and brought to production within just five months.

Looking Ahead

OCIRP continues to rely on the capabilities provided by ReNest to maintain and enhance the "Aglaee metaservices" platform. The partnership has enabled OCIRP to deliver a secure, reliable service to its users, furthering its mission to support those facing challenging life circumstances with the guidance and resources they need.
